What does a ‘bespoke solution' mean and why does every consultancy firm feel we need to use one to drive cultural alignment and productivity?
I think their point is every organisation’s people and processes are different and it demands a tailored solution.
I don’t buy that. Yes the work and processes are different but the human psyche is common enough to apply a repeatable process to organisational change.
